There are 5 more days left in September. I want to set a challenge for not only you who are reading this but for me as well. You can come back on October 1st and let me know if you completed this challenge. So here we go, this is in no order, it’s just whatever you can scratch off the list. Also, let me know if you decide to switch some things up.
I’m going to give you one task to do a day, of course, if you complete more that is great! The first task on the list is creating a budget for October. You can do so by downloading our new Monthly Budget Sheet which can be found in our Digital Downloads tab REALLY SOON!
The second task would be celebrating an accomplishment you did this month. Don’t try to escape this by thinking you didn’t truly think about it, it can just be a highlight from this month alone.
Next will be if you have been lacking in a self-care routine, I need you to start it back up, so you can start October off strong. For example, skincare, nighttime, or morning routine.
The fourth task will be getting that 7-to-8-hour rest. I know I have not been doing it lately, so I will be trying to get that rest in at least once before September ends.
Finally, meditating, taking time for yourself 1 day out of these last few days, and relaxing even if it’s for about 10 minutes. Reflect upon this month and what better you can bring to the table next month. Give yourself a break, not a hard time, and just reflect and meditate.
